Against all odds, the Pittsburgh Steelers are the only team to remain undefeated throughout the 2020-2021 NFL season. While both the Saints and the Chiefs are also leading in their divisions, with nine and eight wins, respectively, neither team seems to muster the skill that the Steelers display game after game.

The Quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger, so far this season has thrown a total of 2,534 yards (as of November 27). He has also thrown 24 touchdown passes and only five interceptions.  Although 38 years old, Roethlisberger continues to prove his ability. Another star player is the Steelers running back, James Conner, who has rushed a total of 645 yards and scored five touchdowns.  

While a strong offense is vital to success on the field, a defensive line is just as important.  The Steelers defense, with V. Williams, M. Fitzpatrick, and J Haden, to name a few, demonstrates that the best offense also has a solid defense.  With over 140 sacks this season, the Steelers’ defense is a force to be reckoned with. 

Due to the spread of coronavirus and the cancelation of games, it is unsure if there will be a postseason this year.  If so, The Pittsburgh Steelers are sure to be strong contenders in the playoffs.
