Tone at Home

Were your sports canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak? Do you still want to stay in shape despite the gyms closing nationwide? There are multiple full-body exercises you can do at home without any equipment needed. These will help tone your muscles, as well as strengthen your abs and core. It’s recommended that you perform these exercises on a yoga mat or a carpet, but any surface will get the job done!
