As sung by Andy Williams, Christmas and the month leading up to it is really the
most wonderful time of the year. Christmas is a time of putting up the Christmas tree,
listening to all of your favorite holiday songs, spending time with friends and family, and
of course, watching Christmas movies.
Christmas movies can be divided into different categories based on different
preferences. For instance, there are a multitude of classic movies that are perfect for
watching as a family, especially with grandparents. It’s A Wonderful Life, Miracle on
34th Street, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, or even A Charlie Brown Christmas are all
classic Christmas movies that every holiday lover should watch.
The “25 Days of Christmas” is a big movie marathon on Freeform, starting on
December 1. This marathon features all of the Christmas movies you can imagine
leading up to Christmas day.

One of the most popular Christmas movies is Home Alone. It’s the story of Kevin,
a boy in a big family who is accidentally left home alone when his family goes on
Christmas vacation. Kevin outsmarts two men trying to rob his house in a series of funny
and witty tricks to protect his home.
Other Christmas comedies are Elf, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, The Santa Clause, and Jingle All the Way. These movies will all surely get anyone, even the Grinch, into the holiday spirit.
If you are looking to get in touch with your younger side this Christmas, or just
enjoy a good cartoon movie, then these are the movies for you. Rudolph the Red Nosed
Reindeer, Santa Claus is Coming to Town, Frosty the Snowman, and The Year Without a
Santa Claus are all movies with characters you’ll never forget. They are the most classic
Christmas tales.
Christmas movies can make you laugh, cry, or just get you excited for Christmas.
But all Christmas movies have a central message that teaches you the value of family and
being good people. Christmas movies aren’t all about Santa or Frosty!
Christmas is a time to be with family and remember all of the joys in the world,
and nothing can do that better than a Christmas movie by the fire with a steaming mug of hot cocoa. There are countless Christmas movies to enjoy and if you are a true and
devoted Christmas movie fan, these Christmas movies will touch all your holiday needs!
