CALABASAS, CA – Kylie Jenner, 17,  purchased a $2.7 million house in The Oaks–a gated community in Calabasas–which is estimated to be 4,900 square feet!

Kylie Jenner is leaving the nest to move into her new $2.7 million house in Calabasas, CA. She will move into the home in August, just after turning 18.

Just as Kylie Jenner reaches the age of 18, she has decided to move out of Kris Jenner’s mansion to purchase her own. Sources say that Kris helped her get the house, but that it was mostly Kylie’s money.

“Kylie has her own vision on how she wants her home to look,” Kris Jenner said. “She has a few months now until she moves in, to really take her time and get it together. Kylie is really excited!”.

Kylie is the last to move out, leaving Kris Jenner all alone, but Kylie has company where she is, because the house is just a block away from Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian!

Kylie plans to move into the house in August, just after her 18th birthday.
