The cast of the Hunger Games has begun a worldwide tour promoting part one of the phenomenon’s final film installment, Mockingjay.
Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, and the rest of the cast began their tour in Beijing on November 1st, and continued to Seoul, London, New York, and Los Angeles.
The film’s release will mark the beginning of the end of the popular young adult series that has caused the world to fall in love with Lawrence’s courageous character, Katniss Everdeen, and become intrigued by her love triangle with Peeta–played by Hutcherson–and Gale–played by Hemsworth.
The newest film follows Katniss on her journey to District 13 after District 12 is destroyed. In District 13, she meets President Coin, who convinces her to become a symbol of rebellion, while trying to save Peeta from the Capitol at the same time.
The Hollywood Reporter estimates the film to bring in over $860 million dollars worldwide and will definitely be the beginning to an emotional end for Hunger Game fans worldwide.
