Kelly Bommer

You may have seen her pumping up the crowd at almost every IHA sports game or frantically trying to get as many privileges for the senior class. Kelly Bommer is most definitely not an unknown face at IHA. Since the day she walked through the IHA doors for the first time, Kelly has been actively part of Eagle Nation, STUCO, Student Prefects, and the leader of CARE’s Julia’s Butterflies. For her last year at IHA as a senior, she has taken her stronger leadership skills to become a peer mentor and a team manager for three IHA Varsity Sports: soccer, basketball, and softball. Because of her great involvement and passion for the IHA community and sports, Kelly evidently has a special place for IHA in her heart.

In addition to her outgoing personality, Kelly is also known for making others a priority before herself. “She’s the most unselfish person you’ll ever meet,” explains fellow senior and friend, Jordan Steffanaci. “She always puts others before herself.” With her passionate and confident demeanor, Kelly is always open to helping others, which shows what a true IHA sister really is. Kelly will be taking her admirable talents to Fairfield University this upcoming fall to pursue her passion in business management. To continue her love of management and leadership, she will be managing Fairfield University’s Divison I Women’s Soccer Team.  We all wish you the best of luck in the next chapter of your life!
